expenses, project   logs and photo documenting allowing for real-time access
to a project’s status. We effectively keep track of the project to determine and
regulate how a client’s time and money are being used until the completion of
the project.

Whether working as part of a larger team or as an independent advisor, Zion
Consulting acts as the owner’s agent at each stage of a project. With over 25
years experience in the construction trades our professionals provide the
broad perspective and experience needed to anticipate and help avoid
unnecessary setbacks. Reconciling variances should they occur negotiating
cost to keep the project within the projected budget guidelines. We will
review any adjusted construction schedules due to flagged variances and
submit our recommendations to the owner before any cost changes and or
completion time schedule changes are approved.

We will acts as the owner’s agent in the event of any disputes between the
client and the Primary contractor, sub-contractors or vendors.

We will prepare documents, submit Logs and photos for the client in the
event of any Legal or Arbitrary proceedings.
